Richard T. Elrod is a partner with the Herrling Clark Law Firm. Richard focuses on a litigation-based practice, specializing in personal injury and worker's compensation. He also practices in the labor law area, where he represents the Independent Employees Unions at Hillshire Farm & Kahn's, the Banta Book Group Maintenance Department, as well as the Winnebago County Courthouse Employee's Association.

Richard has handled complex litigation matters in front of both the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, including oral arguments in front of each court.
