Foster Pepper PLLC is one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest, maintaining a strong presence throughout the region. We have offices in Seattle and Spokane, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Our firm's tradition of service dates from early in the 20th century. Since 1904 our lawyers have been shaping the development of the region by providing creative, practical advice. The 1988 merger of Foster Pepper & Riviera and Roberts & Shefelman brought together the Northwest's premier real estate and land use firm with the areas leading municipal government and public finance firm. And in 1991, Hatch & Leslie, the largest Northwest specialty bankruptcy firm, merged into our Creditors Rights Group. We believe that effective representation of public and private companies requires a firm with in-depth expertise in each of the diverse legal specialties affecting businesses today. To meet this need, the firm has organized itself administratively into major practice groups.
