Gregory received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and graduated from the Widener University School of Law School with honors, where he served as Managing Editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Mr. Harbison's practice focuses upon representing injured clients in social security disability claims, workers' compensation claims, and long term disability claims against insurance companies. Mr. Harbison is a member of numerous state and national organizations committed to assisting injured people in the judicial and legislative systems.

Gregory also serves as Chair of Continuing Legal Education for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for VTLA and have spoken at numerous presentations on workers' compensation matters.
