Melanie Jennings' practice includes representation of victims of domestic violence. She is qualified to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem for children pursuant to Sec. 16.1-266.1 of the Code of Virginia and for adults pursuant to Sec. 37.1-134.9 of the Code of Virginia. In this role Ms. Jennings vigorously represents the interests of her clients before courts and agencies. In her criminal defense practice, Ms. Jennings has represented juveniles and adults, including individuals with special needs.? In her domestic relations practice, she has represented petitioners and respondents in protective order proceedings regarding allegations of domestic violence and allegations of child neglect and abuse.
