He has handled significant trademark and Lanham Act matters including issues of infringement, trade dress and false advertising. Mr. Welch recently won monetary damages for an accused infringer after having had allof the plaintiff's claims dismissed. Mr. Welch has represented national manufacturers as well as local distributors in termination, distribution and antitrust cases.
