CHRISTOPHER M. VON MAACK is licensed to practice law in both Utah and California. He practices commercial and complex commercial litigation, including in the areas of intellectual property, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, partnership, real property, and securities.

Mr. Von Maack graduated with a degree in English and a specialization in Business Administration from UCLA in 2001.?He obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2004, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a writer and editor for the McGeorge Law Review. Mr. Von Maack earned Witkin Awards for the top grade in legal writing and international water law.?He also?served as teaching assistant to Professor Gregory C. Pingree in the subjects of torts and professional responsibility.

Mr. Von Maack served as a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela T. Greenwood of the Utah Court of Appeals.??He is a member of the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professionalism,?Utah Professionalism Liaison Committee, and David K. Watkiss-Sutherland II Inn of Court, and co-chair of the Utah State Bar Young Lawyers Division committee on Professionalism and the Practice of Law Committee.

Mr. Von Maack serves on the board of the Buntain's Calcutta Mission of Mercy.
