Nicole T. LeBoeuf is a shareholder of the law firm of Campbell & LeBoeuf, P.C. Ms. LeBoeuf regularly practices in the areas of commercial litigation, securities arbitration and construction litigation. She is a securities arbitrator certified by the NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc., and also represents Claimants and Respondents in arbitration cases administered by the NASD. Ms. LeBoeuf has handled a wide variety of business torts including claims arising under the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), as well as claims sounding in fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contract.

Ms. LeBoeuf was previously employed by the Travis County District Attorney and the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Texas.

Ms. LeBoeuf was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994, and is admitted to practice in all state courts in the State of Texas, as well as in the Federal Courts of the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Women Lawyers' Association.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Government.

She received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994, where she was a co-founder of the Public Interest Law Society, and an officer of the Women's Law Caucus.

Ms. LeBoeuf is a member and leader of Attorneys Serving the Community, a member of the National Charity League, and a volunteer with Dallas CASA, an organization serving abused and neglected children throughout Dallas and the surrounding communities. Ms. LeBoeuf is also a member of the Mac Taylor Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
