In my practice, I regularly appear in the four north Texas counties of Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Collin. I will also travel to Ellis, Rockwall, Kaufman, Grayson, and Wise Counties when requested. Prospective clients are requested to contact my office and make an appointment for an initial interview. Unlike some law offices, initial retainers are tailored to your case based on the difficulty and complexity of the presenting matter. My personal life finds me a grandfather with four grown children making their own way in life. My past business interests include experience in corporate personnel, finance, manufacturing with major public corporations, prior to becoming licensed to practice law in 1995. My change of career paths in 1990 came as an altruistic choice to attempt to make a difference in the area of family law, one case at a time. My practice experience is enhanced by personal studies in the areas of psychology, addiction and substance abuse, family dynamics and childhood development. Native to the Dallas area, I graduated from Sunset High School in 1968. Interests over the years have included Boy Scouts, DeMolay, charitable activities to include the 500, Inc., Galaxy Center. Personal interests include computer related projects, law office technology, woodworking. I am a sole practitioner, any my primary office is conveniently located in north Dallas near LBJ at Hillcrest with easy on and off access to the LBJ Freeway from all directions.
