The firm's founder was formerly counsel to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.??He?served nine years in HHS's Dallas Region and was lead?litigation attorney for the 5-state region.? He represented the Health?Care Financing Administration or HCFA (now the Centers for Medicare &?Medicaid Services), Inspector General, and other Departmental agencies in a multitude of cases involving?Medicare and Medicaid.? Our firm has?a national practice and we assist clients (and their local counsel) in healthcare matters across the country.? We keep abreast of government and industry developments affecting our clients.? We also advocate and communicate their concerns and?interest to high-ranking government and legislative officials.?
