Julia Gannaway is a senior associate with the firm. Her area of practice focuses primarily on advising and defending corporate employers in all aspects of employee relations.

Julia was admitted to the State Bar in November 1994, and is admitted in the Western and Northern Districts of Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1994 where she also received an American Jurisprudence Award in Business Organization.

Julia has advised clients on the ramifications of personnel actions in the context of all employment related federal and state laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, National Labor Relations Act, USERRA, and the anti-retaliation provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act.

Julia is a member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students, the Texas City Attorneys' Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
