Goins, Underkofler, Crawford & Langdon was organized on May 1, 1977. At its inception, the firm had two partners and employed one associate. We now have nineteen attorneys in our present offices in Renaissance Tower to which we moved in 2001. The firm is rated AV in its Martindale-Hubbell listing.

PRACTICE AREAS:

The firm is engaged primarily in a general business and commercial law practice. Our areas of practice include providing representation in all types of business planning and transactional matters as well as representation in litigation and other dispute resolution processes. Our clients include international, national and local corporations and businesses. Our business planning and transactional practice involves such matters as intellectual property licensing and protection, taxation (federal, state and local), environmental, mergers and acquisitions, securities, labor (management) and employer - employee relations, administrative, real estate, mortgage and asset based lending, product liability and estate planning and administration. Our litigation and controversy practice includes the handling of cases in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings and involves substantive issues in all of the above practice areas.
