Mr. Weisbrod is a nationally respected authority on Social Security disability law and has represented thousands of disabled individuals in his 30 years of law practice. He is a past national president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and was Named a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine for 2004.

UNPUBLISHED CASES ON SOCIAL SECURITY LAW: Mr. Weisbrod has litigated in excess of 200 Social Security cases in federal district courts in Texas and Oklahoma, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. During the time period between 1981 and 1988 (the only period for which statistics are available), Mr. Weisbrod represented the Plaintiff in more than half of all cases involving Social Security law that were filed in Dallas federal courts.
ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE (SOCIAL SECURITY LAW): Mr. Weisbrod's practice has been devoted almost exclusively to Social Security disability cases since 1976. He has represented Social Security claimants in over 2,000 hearings before administrative law judges and hundreds of appeals to the SSA Appeals Council.
