Braden W. Sparks is of counsel to the firm. Brady is a licensed attorney and is Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as Chief Felony Prosecutor under Dallas District Attorney Henry Wade and as Assistant District Attorney in the Dallas County District Attorneys Office from 1974-1979. Brady received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado College and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. State, 541 S.W.2d 432 (Tex. Cr. App. 1976). His primary practice areas are civil trial and appellate litigation, mediation and criminal law. Brady is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth and Tenth United States Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Brady is also an accomplished runner and completed the Boston Marathon in under 4 hours.
