Ben D. Huynh is a Partner with Lynn, Pham & Ross, LLP, and directs the firm’s Immigration Practice Group based in Dallas. He has practiced exclusively in the field of U.S. immigration law for over ten years. Ben began his legal career with an acclaimed immigration boutique law firm in Houston, and has formerly served both as in-house immigration counsel with Motorola, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, and as an associate immigration attorney with Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C., one of Texas’ largest law firms.

Ben has extensive experience in representing and advising both individual clients and corporate human resources representatives and managers on various U.S. immigration issues. He has prepared, filed and reviewed thousands of non-immigrant visa petitions (i.e. H-1B specialty occupations, L-1A and L-1B intra-company transferees, TN professionals, E-1 treaty traders and E-2 treaty investors, O-1 extraordinary aliens and B-1/B-2 visitor extensions). Ben also specializes in labor certification-exempted, first preference employment-based permanent residency filings for multinational executives and managers, outstanding researchers, aliens of extraordinary ability and national interest waivers.

In the past several years, Ben has developed a thriving non-immigrant consular processing practice and regularly accompanies foreign national employees for visa issuance at the U.S. Consulates in Mexico.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and his Juris Doctorate Degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has spoken on corporate immigration issues at AILA Conferences in New York City and Cancun, Mexico and on non-immigrant consular processing at an AILA-Texas Chapter Conference in Austin.
