Jim Bryant has been a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association since 1987. He graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of various moot court teams, the Order of the Barristers and was recognized as the best speaker in the law school's first year appellate advocacy competition. Before forming his own firm, Mr. Bryant was a shareholder in two prestigious downtown Tulsa law firms, practicing primarily in the area of complex business litigation.

Mr. Bryant graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1983. In 1984, he passed the examination to become a Certified Public Accountant while working as an auditor for the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (later merged into PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Bryant is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Bryant now practices in the fields of both law and accounting. He enjoys helping new companies get up and running while avoiding the legal and accounting pitfalls which often cause new enterprises to fail unnecessarily. He also draws on his accounting education in representing clients in divorce cases where assets must be discovered, valued and divided.
