Located in Oklahoma City, Mike Rose's practice is focused debtor representation in consumer and business bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy litigation and appeals, and litigation involving Federal and State consumer protection laws such as the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Rose takes a multi-solution approach when dealing with a client's financial problems. He examines each client's case with an eye toward finding relief under a number of different consumer protection laws.
