This location allows Mr. Dominy to practice in Columbus, Delaware, and throughout central Ohio.? Fees.? Clients are offered the option of being billed by the hour or by the project.? Some clients prefer the hourly billing so they know that they get exactly what they pay for.? Other clients prefer flat rates so they know exactly how much the legal services will cost.? With either billing method, a retainer is paid before representation begins.
