Our firm is dedicated to representation of individuals who are involved in family law matters. The matters in which we customarily represent our clients include divorce, dissolution, legal separation, child support, child custody, spousal support, property division, temporary orders and post decree matters. We consult with clients who are anticipating a family break-up and with clients who are involved in matters which have either entered the court system or are about to be brought back to court again. Our practice is located mainly in the central Ohio area (Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield and Pickaway Counties).

We pride ourselves on giving each client personal service and involving our clients in the preparation and presentation of their cases. In this way, we feel that we get to know our clients better and, by involving them in the preparation, we feel that the clients have a better sense of control and knowledge concerning their cases.

We are "up-to-date" as an office, possessing e-mail, computer research, computerized records- keeping, spreadsheet analysis and other capabilities. Our staff also aids us in case and trial preparation. We are familiar with and have worked closely with a large number of expert witnesses dealing with matters ranging from asset location, real estate valuation, vocational analysis, business valuation and other matters.

We are proud to note that our firm has been listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for the past four consecutive years. William Geary has been given Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating, an A-V rating.
