Keith was invited to attend Rutgers Law - Camden in the summer of 2001? and the requirement that he sit for the LSAT was waived.? He graduated in 2004.? Keith was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (SIUE) with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems in 2000.? He was invited to obtain his MBA from SIUE in 2001 between his first and second years of Law School.? After serving at South Jersey Legal Services (SJLS) as a student attorney for nearly 2 years, he completed a year-long clerkship for the Honorable Robert W. Page, J.S.C., Camden, in August 2005.? During his time at SJLS and before being admitted to the NJ and PA bars, he made 44 appearances in the Camden County Hall of Justice, before 8 different Judges (Family and Civil) as, primarily, a Domestic Violence plaintiff's attorney.

Before college, he honorably served a 6-year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps and was discharged as a Sergeant shortly after his return from Desert Shield/Desert Storm.? He is a life member of the Blackwood V.F.W. post 7927, a yearly member of the American Legion (Post 72, Brooklawn, NJ) and the Marine Corps League (MCL #200 - Pfc. D. Giordano Post, Somerdale, NJ).? Keith is also a Moose and a Master Mason (Lodges 249 - Brighton, IL & Lodge 32 - Mt. Holly, NJ).

Keith's academic awards include invitational membership into Phi Theta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma, and he received a journalism award for his opinion columns written for the college paper while he was at Kishwaukee College in Illinois.? Keith received a Mary Philbrook Public Interest Award while in Law School, and was awarded an Association of Public Interest Lawyers grant to work at SJLS for 10 weeks, where he received a Violence Against Women Act award for the balance of his time there.? Additionally Keith placed 6 of 60 in the John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition held in New Orleans in 2004.
