Most of our work involves protecting individuals and families in insurance matters involving wrongful injury or death, workers' compensation, property damage, as well as disability, health, and life claims. We serve as our clients' advocate in the event of bad faith claim handling, underpayment of claims, and wrongful denial of benefits.

In addition, we represent small businesses and individuals in a range of financial matters including business acquisitions, entity formation and governance, commercial transactions, employment issues, contract creation and disputes, tax planning, property management, and civil litigation.

Other cases are accepted in select circumstances. There is no fee for the initial telephone consultation. A contingent fee arrangement is available in appropriate cases.

Our practice area includes all state and federal courts in Iowa. While our office is located in the Iowa City/Coralville area, most of our clients come from or have legal matters pending outside of Johnson County.
