Michael J. Warshauer is a plaintiff's trial lawyer. Michael believes that in most cases serious injuries do not occur in the absence of some carelessness. He is dedicated to the pursuit of the highest possible compensation for people who are injured or killed through the fault of another.

He also frequently speaks at union meetings to educate railroad workers about the special laws which govern them. His knowledge of the special laws governing railroad workers has been published as a chapter in an encyclopedia of law.
