Steven Eisenberg graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984. His practice emphasizes intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, entertainment law and construction law. Mr. Eisenberg has represented local and national businesses in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Lenore Nesbitt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Eisenberg has been and remains active in community and bar activities having served as the chair of the Florida Bar Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section from 2004-2005. He also serves as outside general counsel, on a pro bono basis, to the New Theatre, located in Coral Gables, Florida. In 2003, the New Theatre awarded Mr. Eisenberg the Dianne Joyce Award for Corporate and Personal Support. Mr. Eisenberg frequently lectures on intellectual property and entertainment law matters. |
