Bob has been an active trial attorney in Florida since 1982.? Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1977) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 1982).? Bob worked as a marketing representative for IBM, while completing three years of evening classes at Fordham.? He moved to Miami and completed his legal education at the University of Miami as a visiting student.

Over his 23 year career, Bob has handled and tried a broad variety of commercial and insurance related? cases, including general liability, marine transportation, trucking, malpractice, products liability, construction defect, real estate and coverage litigation.? His extensive experience and knowledge in both liability and insurance issues enable him to excel in the handling of complex and difficult claims.

Bob has been designated to handle complicated construction defect claims, handles coverage litigation for the firm, and manages the defense of over 4,000 toxic tort cases throughout Florida.

Bob is an active member of the DRI Construction and Transportation committees, serving as the web page chair for the Construction committee.? He is also an active member of IADC, serving on the Construction and Casualty committees.?
