History of Our Firm Originally established in 1962 by Bernard H. Liptz, CPA, as a tax and accounting firm dedicated to serving the needs of small business and individuals, the firm grew over time to handle more and more tax matters as tax law grew more complex. In response, the firm developed its focus on more income, estate, gift and business tax matters and Marc L. Edwards joined the firm in 1994 as an attorney and CPA, estate planning, trust, probate, elder law and LLC and corporate formation services were added to serve the firms existing clients as well as attract new clients. Today, the firm remains a small, highly focused niche player in the specialized field of trusts and estates, probate, elder law, tax and business matters. |
